Introduction
Welcome to Trail Masters Adventure Tours. By booking any tour or travel package to Guyana through our website or authorized representatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the client”, “traveler”, or “participant”) and Trail Masters Adventure Tours (“Trail Masters Adventure Tours”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with your booking.
-
Bookings & Payments
2.1 Booking Process
All bookings must be made through the official Trail Masters Adventure Tours website or via authorized representatives. Upon submission of your booking form and required traveler information, you will receive a provisional confirmation by email. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit is received and a final confirmation is issued.
2.2 Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total tour cost is required within seven (7) days of receiving your provisional confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and approved online payment platforms.
2.3 Payment of Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled departure date. For bookings made within sixty (60) days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
2.4 Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Once confirmed, prices are guaranteed except in cases of significant changes in government taxes, fees, or fuel surcharges.
-
Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your online booking account. Cancellation fees are calculated from the date written notice is received:

• 31–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed activities, or early departures, regardless of reason.
3.2 Cancellation or Changes by Trail Masters Adventure Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour prior to departure due to circumstances including, but not limited to, insufficient participant numbers, safety concerns, force majeure events, or operational constraints. In such cases, clients will be offered either a full refund of monies paid or an alternative tour of comparable value.
Trail Masters Adventure Tours is not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses incurred by participants, including non-refundable airfares, visa fees, insurance costs, or personal equipment purchases.
